Byzantium v.2.

Byzantium v.2 consists in the second version of the Byzantium Byzantine fault-tolerant middleware for database replication.
This second version includes optimization in the processing of read operations. This is of special importance for read-only transactions, that can execute accessing only f+1 replicas and without incurring on most of the complexity associated with the execution of BFT operations.
