STAGGER – Syntactic Tagger

A partial parser for Portuguese with error diagnosing capabilities. The system is built on DyALog (http://pauillac.inria.fr/~clerger/DyALog/DyALog.html). It has had several versions, the first one from 1997. The last version, from 2006, has a web interface.
