This talk presents a cursory view on our preliminary investigations into architectural evolution, socio-technical congruence, and bugs, taking Eclipse as the case study. We look at how the architecture has grown over 6 years and whether it follows some principles stated in the literature. We use formal concept analysis to group developers according to the bugs they fix and discuss. We look for Socio-technical congruence by correlating the edge rankings of two Differently obtained component networks.
