Pedro Centieiro
In my PhD thesis I studied how to design and develop second screen interactions that improve the remote spectators' experience while watching live broadcasted sports, live TV shows and e-Sports. Currently, my research areas include: Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Second Screen, Mobile Computing, Wearable Computing, Social Interaction, and Affective Computing. I have also co-founded Viva Superstars, where I have been serving as COO, as I supervise daily operations and I am responsible for the design and user experience of the products across the company. Viva Superstars is a Portuguese joint-venture founded by Cristiano Ronaldo, Polaris Sports and bViva Holding to change the way people connect and interact with their passions.
